Each image will be limited to a print run of just 50 images at the specified sizes unless otherwise stated. This is to increase the value of your investment. Glen and Carol however reserve the right to use their images for publications and/or publicity free of restrictions.
Images can also be made available as “stock” images. No image will be provided on
a royalty free basis, this is because many hours of work and creative endeavours
have gone into most of the artwork displayed on this site to increase the value of
the original image or images. However if you wish to use a particular image in a
publication or for a specified use other than for the private display in your home/work
environment, please contact us to discuss your particular requirements. We feel that
we offer competitive rates and the charges for usage of a particular image in this
way will be calculated in accordance with standard practice for non-

These images are subject to different copyright rules as the copyright of the original images are vested in the original photographer or their assignee. In supplying AllenArt with original photographic prints or digital files you confirm that you have the rights to grant AllenArt the rights to reproduce those images for the purposes of producing the commemorative composite. In supplying original photos or digital files you are also indemnifying AllenArt against any claims that might arise from the reproduction of those images should such claims arise.
The copyright of the final composition remains with AllenArt and must not be reproduced without the prior written agreement of AllenArt.
AllenArt reserves the right to use the compositions on this web site and in other promotional material as necessary. However copies will not be sold to third parties without the prior approval of the original copyright holder.
